Instructions:
1.Inflate the Balloon – Fully inflate the balloon to around 12 inches.
2. Create Static – The key to getting confetti to stick on the side of the balloon is STATIC. Rub balloon on carpet, fleece blanket, or hair.
3. Shake & Turn – Shake and turn the balloon as needed to spread the confetti evenly.

Confetti balloons tips:
1,Use premium helium to ensure confetti balloons stay afloat longer. During our testing with pure helium our balloons floated for 18 - 24 hours without issue.
2,Use approximately 90% helium and 10% air. Having a little oxygen in your balloon will enable the confetti to hold static and it will stick to the sides much more easily! (you should inflate your balloon most of the way full with helium and then finish it off with a puff of air )
3,Add a tiny bit of water to the balloon before you blowing it up. This will encourage the confetti to stick; however there may be some streaking on the inside of the balloon. We don't find it terribly noticeable, but please judge for yourself.

Payment Information

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.

Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
